Benjamin is the Co Founder of two charities, Gaggle and indiGO Volunteers, and Co Founder at Showing Up. He was former Head of People (HR Director to most!) at the Chemistry Group where he led a number of employee wellbeing programs. He says: “I discovered Sing at Work as a client – our away day was so much fun and had such a positive impact on our team, that we asked them to build & run a weekly choir. Of all the employee initiatives I have been part of, choirs are by far the most effective (and fun!) I volunteer as Chairman because I believe in the power music has in building communities and bringing desperately needed energy to (often solemn) workplaces.”
